SwiftIT Solutions provides warranty coverage on eligible repairs and spare parts as follows:
Warranty applies to workmanship and genuine spare parts supplied by SwiftIT Solutions. Physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs, or third-party modifications may void warranty. Warranty terms are confirmed on your invoice at the time of service.
Service warranty. All repairs by SwiftIT Solutions carry a 90-day warranty from the date of repair. This warranty covers the specific issue repaired and the parts replaced. It does not cover new issues, physical damage, liquid damage, or software-related problems unrelated to the original repair.
Refund policy. If we are unable to repair your laptop, no service charge will be applied. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we will re-repair it at no additional cost. Spare part costs are non-refundable once installed unless the part is defective.
Cancellation. You may cancel a scheduled doorstep visit at no charge up to one hour before the appointment. Late cancellations may incur a nominal visit charge.
SwiftIT Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of any such changes.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Telangana, India, where SwiftIT Solutions operates. Any disputes arising from the use of this website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
